Waterford pairs with Wonder Woman on photo campaign
Actress and singer Lynda Carter and her daughter, Jessica Carter Altman, are featured in a Mother’s Day campaign.
Many moms are wonderful, but only one was Wonder Woman — and Waterford is featuring her in its new Mother’s Day photo campaign.
Singer-songwriter, lawyer and fashionista Jessica Carter Altman was photographed with her mother, actress and singer Lynda Carter (better known to 1980’s TV watchers as Wonder Woman) holding Waterford Lismore coupes and flutes.
“Mother’s Day is a time to honor the women who shape us, support us and inspire us. It is pretty incredible to be able to celebrate Mother’s Day with Waterford and the woman who has shaped me in more ways than I can count. Together, we honor the generations of women who have come before – each leaving behind a story of strength, grace, and resilience,” said Carter Altman.
“Some days, I can’t believe I get to be this young woman’s mother,” said Carter. “I mean, Jessica is talented, kind and considerate. She is also a workaholic. I like that! She gets things done. In addition to being exceptionally beautiful, she is brilliant. We are the women of the world. A mother and a daughter, able to laugh, hold hands and say, “I love you.” These are the moments of our lives,” said Lynda.
“Boasting a proud Irish heritage, they bring their own style and glamour to help us celebrate the magic of Waterford,” the company said on its website. The mother-daughter pair are featured in a website section entitled, “Icons that Bond Generations.” They are also featured in videos on the brand’s Instagram and TikTok accounts.
