Wayfair continues mega store expansion with 1st location in the West

BOSTON — Wayfair is planning its next large-scale retail store for Denver, with the opening scheduled for late 2026.
The 140,000-square-foot store will mark the retailer’s entry into the Mountain West region, following on its flagship store in the Chicago area and locations in the works for Atlanta and Yonkers, N.Y. The store at 8298 E. Northfield Blvd., is part of The Shops at Northfield, which is owned and managed by Stockdale Capital Partners and is one of Denver’s most-visited open-air shopping centers.
“As we expand our physical retail footprint into new regions across the U.S., we remain focused on delivering an exceptional shopping experience that brings the best of Wayfair to life,” said Liza Lefkowski, vice president of merchandising and stores. “With the Denver store, we’re thrilled to introduce Wayfair to new customers.”
