Arianne Parishi, who has served a chief digital officer since 2025, has been promoted to chief customer officer. She will focus on strengthening the full customer lifecycle and modernizing the omnichannel experience. She will work across marketing, brand and creative, loyalty, personalization, media, and digital commerce.

Prior to joining Kohl’s in 2025, Parisi served as global chief digital officer at JD Sports Fashion, a global omnichannel retailer of sports fashion and outdoor brands. Parisi also held progressive digital leadership roles at The Finish Line and Nordstrom, as well as merchandising roles at The Sports Authority.

Christie Raymond, Kohl’s chief marketing officer, will be leaving in September.

Effective Sept. 9, Elliott Rodgers will join the retailer as chief operating officer, overseeing enterprise operations, including its nearly 1,200 stores, global supply chain and distribution centers, procurement, and loss prevention.

His background includes positions at Foot Locker; project44, a global supply chain visibility and decision intelligence platform; and Ulta Beauty. Earlier in his career, Rodgers spent six years at Target in distribution and omnichannel operations and three years as a VP at Citigroup.
