Read on to learn more about the latest judges to join this year's panel:
British designer Morey-Burrows, who founded interior and architecture practice MoreySmith, will join this year's interiors panel for Dezeen Awards.
Having established her practice in 1993, Morey-Burrows' expertise lies most notably in workplace design. Her creative approach to workplace psychology has led to environments that both evolve her clients' corporate identities and working culture, but also empower the individuals within them.
She has worked with a diverse roster of clients which includes some of the world's biggest brands from Sony Music to CBRE, LVMH, Primark, Lazari Investments and Coca-Cola.
She is also a champion of re-using and refurbishing heritage buildings. A notable recent project includes turning a Victorian power station into a flexible workspace in Bristol.
In 2023, she received the prestigious Henry Pugh Outstanding Contribution Award from Mix Interiors for her unique approach in pioneering human-centred design.
Joining Morey-Burrows is Australian interior stylist Haag, founder of eponymous firm Simone Haag Studio.
Renowned for her ability to seamlessly blend vintage pieces with contemporary design, she works with residential clients to source furniture, art, objects and lighting to transform their homes. She also works with brands, and was recently invited to transform a room inside Palazzo Donizetti during Milan Design Week 2025.
Her studio has won multiple awards, including International Design Excellence Awards, where she won residential interior curation in 2023 and 2024, and was nominated as Designer of the Year in 2023
She is also a presenter on the Australian TV show, Dream Homes Revealed.
Landscape designer Sedlacek, founder of California-based studio ORCA, will join Lina Ghotmeh and Trey Trahan on the architecture panel.
Her studio believes in sustainable and meaningful design, using plants and natural materials in their rawest forms to reconnect people with the earth.
Sedlacek recently worked with architecture studio Electric Bowery on the renovation of a 1980s hotel in Laguna Beach, helping shape the project around the beach's history and local culture.
Design duo Rangwala and Priani co-founded Mumbai-based studio MuseLAB and will sit alongside Morey-Burrows and Haag on the interiors judging panel.
Known for their unconventional design approach, last year MuseLAB created an interior for Aquant's flagship store in Mumbai that differed wildly from traditional bathware showrooms with bulbous mint-green displays and berry-red accents.
In 2015, the pair established MuseMart, an online furniture store with pieces influenced by their global travels.
