New designer-focused program from Hooker Furnishings
Designers can now get personalized assistance to navigate the company's product portfolio.

MARTINSVILLE, Va. – Hooker Furnishings has launched a new Design Support Team, tailored to meet the evolving needs of the interior design community.
The nationwide initiative provides designers with personalized, one-on-one assistance to navigate the company’s product portfolio to streamline the selection and purchasing process. The team is made up of full-time, in-house design professionals dedicated exclusively to serving trade clients.
“With an extensive product portfolio that includes case goods, custom domestic and imported upholstery, outdoor furniture as well as contract goods, we understand that navigating so many options can be overwhelming,” said Scot Kanaly, Hooker Domestic Upholstery vice president of sales. “This new team demonstrates our commitment to simplifying that process and helping designers focus on what they do best—creating exceptional spaces for their clients. By offering a dedicated point of contact, we’re empowering designers with a true competitive advantage.”
Team members include:
- Mary DeVincenzo – Northeast, Tennessee, and North Carolina
- Rande LeBrecque – Southeast
- Valeria Esquivel – Southwest, Texas
- Spencer Hendrix-Wirt – Pacific Northwest and California
- Rebekah Bowen – Midwest
“Our goal is to make the designer’s experience seamless,” Kanaly added. “We’re not just providing products; we’re creating partnerships that make navigating our portfolio easier and more intuitive.”
