Transpac Brands acquires Sullivans’ floral business

Transpac Brands is adding to its garden with the addition of Sullivans‘ floral assets. The company announced the acquisition in a press release and said Sullivans’ floral program will be relaunched under the Transpac umbrella in 2026.
Transpac Brands has acquired all data related to the Sullivans floral program, according to the release, expanding the company’s product catalog for retailers, designers and consumers nationwide. A full relaunch is planned for January 2026 and the company said it plans to work closely with Sullivans’ long-standing factories to bring a restrengthened program back to the market.
The acquisition did not include Sullivans’ seasonal or home decor segments.
“This acquisition represents an exciting step forward in our growth strategy,” said Laurie Gilner, president and CEO of Transpac Brands. “Sullivans floral has a long history of excellence and creativity in the floral industry. We’re thrilled to integrate their product lines and expertise into our business to better serve both Sullivans customers and Season’s Designs customers. Our plan is to partner closely with their network of specialty retailers, key accounts, and eCommerce customers to reestablish this meaningful program.”
Retailers and buyers can expect to find Sullivans floral offerings in all Transpac showrooms this coming January.
In June, Sullivans sent an email to retail partners stating its plans to “explore a sale” and complete a “review of each business segment” due to rising costs from tariffs.
