The 114,000-square-foot Yonkers store is scheduled to open in early 2027 at the open-air, lifestyle center in Westchester County. It will follow the 2026 debut of ‘s 150,000-square-foot store in Atlanta.

“New York is one of the most design-forward markets in the world,” said Liza Lefkowski, vice president-merchandising and stores, “and Yonkers gives us the space to bring our retail vision to life The location lets us serve everyone from Manhattan to Westchester and beyond with an inspiring, full-scale shopping experience.”

Many of the items will be from Wayfair’s Verified program, a recently launched initiative in which selected items undergo a multi-step evaluation process by Wayfair product specialists.

Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano, calling Wayfair “a premier go-to destination for home shopping,” said the city “is excited to be among the first markets to host its large-format retail store. We look forward to seeing their Yonkers store prosper and attract shoppers here from around the region.”
