5 interior design stars named as 2025 Style Spotters

HIGH POINT — The High Point Market Authority has named five Style Spotters for its signature trend scouting program for 2025: Rasheeda Gray, Victoria Holly, Jewel Marlowe, Evan Millárd and Tina Ramchandani.

The HPMA launched its Style Spotters program in 2004 to tap the expertise of interior designers who source home furnishings products at market, and to share their findings with the broader High Point Market audience.

“We’re excited to welcome this year’s Style Spotters and to tune in as they reveal their High Point Market discoveries,” said Tammy Covington, HPMA president and CEO. “This group of elite designers is a true resource for all Market attendees, who are encouraged to follow the team for new furnishings products and favorite showroom leads.”

More about the 2025 team:

  • Rasheeda Gray is the founder and principal designer of Gray Space Interiors, based in Philadelphia. Recognized for her sharp business acumen and unique creative vision, she delivers bespoke interior design, construction and project management. With more than 200 projects completed across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and beyond. Gray Space Interiors has been featured on HGTV, CNN, The Magnolia Network and in publications like House Beautiful, Elle Decor, Better Homes & Gardens and Philadelphia Magazine.
  • Victoria Holly, founder of Victoria Holly Interiors, has more than two decades of design experience, and she creates and sells her own art collection, The Holly Collective. Her designs offer a tailored approach to clients’ lifestyles and interior preferences, and her work has been featured in publications including Architectural Digest, Luxe Interiors, Rue Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Dwell Magazine and others.
  • Jewel Marlowe, whose work is inspired by her passion for travel and her years spent living in England, has designed multi-million dollar homes in the Washington D.C. area. A TV design host for Fox Nation’s “Homefront for the Holidays,” Marlowe has previously helmed HPMA’s Spring Market 2024 Instagram Takeover and participated in the Market’s Design Influencers Tour in the fall of 2021. She has additionally collaborated on numerous social media partnerships.
  • Evan Millárd entered the luxury residential design sector with Modern Remains, the firm he co-founded after earning his BFA in Interior Design. He is known for his “jewel box,” high-end residential design in Nashville, Atlanta, Chicago, Scottsdale and Alys Beach, Fla. Millárd’s work has been showcased in the House Beautiful Nashville Whole Home, Chicago’s Lake Forest Showhouse and the Cloudland Station Showcottage for Atlanta Home & Lifestyles
  • Tina Ramchandi has more than a decade of experience designing for Manhattan’s luxury residential and commercial scene, including her work with Vicente Wolf Associates.
