Dec pillow sales to benefit Hurricane Helene victims

RALEIGH, N.C.- Bespoke interiors brand June St. George is offering a selection of its existing product lines named after, and that pay homage to, the parts of western North Carolina recently decimated by Hurricane Helene.

For each item purchased, founder Ally-Catherine Trenary, a native Carolinian, will donate 20% of the proceeds to organizations in the area that have been recommended to her by her community, friends and employees based there. Trenary said she will match the funds raised through purchases.

Proceeds from the sale of the selected pillows will benefit Samaritan’s Purse while pet bed sales will help Brother Wolf Animal Rescue.

Trenary said she spent her youth visiting Brevard, Hendersonville, Asheville and other mountain towns in North Carolina. The Asheville, Henderson, Brevard Fawn Spot and Highland decorative pillow collections take their name from the places that inspired the designs and the natural beauty and artistry they represent.

“June St. George is proud to celebrate our Southern heritage; we manufacture our pillows, dog beds and textiles in the South,” she said. “Thankfully, despite widespread power outages and damage, all our team members and their families are safe. Incredibly, our team members who have power have offered to continue to work on our handmade products at home. Their resilience and the power of community they have demonstrated has been a bright spot in the midst of devastation.”
