As the fall High Point Market draws closer, more exciting partnerships are announced. Earlier this week, Kalco said it would unveil a collection with Beverly Hills interior designer Christopher Grubb that will include chandeliers, lamps, pendants, wall sconces and mirrors (a new category for the company) next spring. In the meantime, fellow interior designer Barclay Butera, as previously reported, has a new collection with Fine Arts Handcrafted Lighting that will debut at market this month.

In product news, WAC Lighting is adding dim-to-warm technology to its Aether Atomic diminutive recessed luminaries. Color temperatures range from 3000K to 1800K for a variety of applications and spaces. By mimicking an incandescent lamp’s dimming appearance, the fixture can shift color temperatures and create a visually comfortable and innately familiar experience while still benefitting from the energy savings and long life of LEDs, WAC Lighting said, while delivering up to 900 lumens at full brightness.
