Get ready for Lightapalooza | Lighting Report
Next month’s Lightapalooza show is expanding beyond integration to become a design-collaboration destination for home integrators, high-end interior designers, architects and lighting professionals, organizers said.
The show will take place Feb. 16-19 at the Kalahari Resort, which is just outside Austin, in Round Rock, Texas.
“Lightapalooza has always been about connection,” said show co-founder Tom Doherty. “This year, we’re taking that to the next level—bringing integrators, architects, designers and manufacturers together to collaborate on how light, technology, design and power can elevate the human experience.”
This year’s show will feature manufacturers and providers with “a demonstrated commitment to the luxury-residential custom-integration channel,” organizers said.

There will be nine distinct education tracks, including manufacturer training sessions, panel discussions and AIA/IDCEC-accredited continuing-education units (CEUs).
There will also be optional certification programs such as the SHINE Certification and Smart Power Education Series, and networking opportunities including a Monday evening welcome reception and a Tuesday morning keynote session.

Regina Andrew has launched two lighting collections: Bond and Rhoads. Together, the collections present complementary interpretations of contemporary form — one grounded in soft architectural balance, the other informed by sculptural rhythm and musical inspiration.

Bond is defined by cushion-shaped opal glass paired with warm natural brass and has a quiet architectural presence. The collection includes a linear chandelier, vertical pendant, semi-flush mount and a wall sconce.

Rhoads, by contrast, draws inspiration from the sculpted geometry of a guitar pick, with alabaster-like glass globes that appear to float from a refined brass canopy. The collection includes eight new items in both natural brass and oil rubbed bronze in chandelier, pendant and sconce configurations.
“My love for woodworking and craft always comes back to my love of guitars,” said James Slaven, CEO at Regina Andrew. “That influence naturally shaped the geometry and rhythm behind Rhoads.”
“Our ability to lean into our infrastructure to bring new items to launch outside of the traditional market cycles is something we believe can support our customers’ needs on an ongoing basis,” said Neil MacKenzie, CMO at Regina Andrew. Both collections are in stock and exclusively available at reginaandrew.com.

Contardi Lighting is celebrating its 20th year in business by revisiting and updating many of its iconic collections, including the evolution of Muse, an outdoor lantern created in 2012 by long-standing design partner Tristan Auer.
“The new Muse pays tribute to its origins while offering a bold vision of the future, thanks to the incorporation of new technologies,” said Massimo Brigandì, Contardi’s general manager.

The 2026 updates concern both the metal structure’s finishes and the dimensions and performance of the light source in its two versions: Muse wired and Muse Nomad. Both models are now available in four new finishes: black, bronze, terracotta, and an elegant cream tone. Its metal frame, meanwhile, has a new woven-leather handle that makes it more portable. It’s available in medium and large.
