WAC Lighting promotes from within for new president
WAC Lighting has promoted Becky Li to president, succeeding Dirk Wald, who has retired.
PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y. — WAC Lighting has promoted Becky Li to president, succeeding Dirk Wald, who has retired. Company founder Tony Wang will continue as chairman.
“Becky has always been an integral and dedicated executive at our firm,” said Wang. “With her wealth of experience in senior executive roles and adept strategic planning skills, we are confident in her ability to lead.”
In her new position, Li will collaborate with senior management to oversee all facets of operations.
With nearly three decades at WAC, Li began in the accounting department and was eventually named executive vice president.
