The producer of home furnishings and decorative accessories has made several organizational changes, promoting nine employees within its leadership team.

Park Hill promotes 9 as part of leadership reorganization

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Park Hill Collection, producer of home furnishings and decorative accessories, has made several organizational changes, promoting nine employees within its leadership team.

“This organizational restructure is the result of a 10-month strategic planning process aimed at aligning each of our business units to take a position of design leadership and deliver world-class product, value and service to our customers,” said Randy Wells, president.

The following employees promoted are:

  • Jamie Estlinbaum, director of operations & logistics
  • Laura Sokora, product manager home furnishings
  • Taylor Brown, product manager home décor & decorative accessories
  • Jennifer Scruggs, product manager seasonal & floral
  • Lindsey Kazemi, marketing manager
  • Reigny Jeffrey, senior territory manager
  • Dawn Allen, customer service manager
  • CJ Foster, software & web development specialist
  • Cristian Velasquez, technical systems specialist

Wells will lead home furnishings and design, and Executive Vice President Paul Watson will lead product design for the home décor and decorative accessories business unit. In addition, Lonte Wires has been hired to lead product design for the brand’s seasonal and floral product.

A search is underway to fill open positions created by internal promotions.

Park Hill was acquired by The Gerson Co. in February 2023.
