Wayfair promotes furniture, décor deep discounts for October Way Day event
Wayfair has planned its second Way Day event for the year Oct. 5 to 7 with furniture and home decor discounts highly featured.
BOSTON — Wayfair is gearing up for its second big sale of the year with a three-day Way Day event Oct. 5 to 7.
Promising discounts of up to 80% off furniture, home décor and home improvement products, the event will run across Wayfair’s online and new physical store and its specialty brands AllModern, Birch Lane and Joss & Main.
“As the holidays near, we know our customers are focusing on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for gathering with family and friends,” said Jon Blotner, chief commercial officer. “That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our second Way Day of the year, offering deals across every style and category.”
Along with more than 1 million discounted items and free shipping, the event includes flash sales, deals of the day and doorbusters on brands such as Sealy, La-Z-Boy, Scott Brothers, Martha Stewart, Babyletto children’s furniture and Wayfair’s own brand, Kelly Clarkson Home.
In-store events include family activities, raffles and giveaways at the new Wayfair store in suburban Chicago, while special offers will be available at its other retail locations. The retailer is also planning exclusive deals for its trade members through Wayfair Professional and early access to the sale with additional discounts through the Wayfair app.
